Alpha LX2 Pro & Super Novium

With the launch of Warrior Hockey's newest lineup - Cintri partnered with Warrior Hockey to tell athlete stories featuring their newest gear, the Alpha LX2 and the Super Novium featuring NHL superstars Leon Draisaitl of the Edmonton Oilers, Adrian Kempe of the Los Angeles Kings, Rasmus Dahlin of the Buffalo Sabres & Brandon Montour of the Florida Panthers.

Challenge

Being based out of the US, Cintri approached us to facilitate their local production needs. We were tasked with ensuring that all logistical aspects were well-organized, allowing the Cintri to focus on their creative work without being burdened by administrative details. This involved identifying diverse settings that allowed the creative vision to come to life.

Key Factors

Critical functions included obtaining necessary permits for filming and other creative activities. As well as hiring and managing the local crew and equipment necessary for the production.

Responcibilities

We handled budgeting and financial management to roadhouse the production. This involves cost estimation, expense tracking, and financial planning to ensure that the project stays within budget while meeting the creative requirements set by Cintri’s team.

Additional Tasks

We had to ensure legal compliance. As the local production company we needed to navigate legal regulations related to filming permits, intellectual property rights, labour laws, and all other legal considerations relevant to the production process.

Above & Beyond

Beyond logistical and administrative tasks, we offered creative support to the Cintri in terms of facilitating collaborations with local vendors and offering solutions for their technical obstacles to best capture the essence of their creative visions.

Communication Facilitation

Effective communication between Cintri and the local team was essential. We acted as a facilitator in ensuring clear and efficient communication channels between all parties (crew & creatives) involved in the project.

Completion & Success

In the end we undertook multifaceted responsibilities encompassing logistics coordination, location & crew management, cultural liaison, budgeting, legal compliance, creative support, and communication facilitation. By efficiently executing these functions, we contributed significantly to the seamless execution of the project while providing an enriching experience for both the visiting creatives and the local industry.
